PAYMENT SECURITY

AJTIME only accepts credit card (VISA、MasterCard、JCB...) for the international shopping.

For card payments, depending on the type of card and country of issue, we use the 3D Secure payment system, which incorporates additional security measures to prevent the unauthorised use of your card.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 12 pm (GMT+8) will be dispatched the same day. All International orders are shipped using SF Express / Fedex / EMS.

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can track your item online and follow its progress.

All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required upon delivery.

All orders placed after 12pm (GMT+8) will be dispatched next working day. If an order is placed after 12 pm (GMT+8) Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday.

Times will vary depending on your countries import regulations and postal service.

Please check with your local courier for an estimate on how long it takes to ship items from Taiwan to your country.
