Return Policy

AJTIME Style-Watch Shop Overseas Shopping Notice  

1. Payment
Pay by credit card. (We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card, To the currency exchange rate service fees, and all other additional expense the bank issuing would charge to customers).

2. Delivery and Freight
We use International Express Mail Service (EMS), SF courier delivery, depends on your location. The system will calculate the shipping costs automatically according to the total weight of the order.

3. Delivery Area
We delivery to all the countries that EMS / SF express offered.

4. Shipping days
Please allow up to 5-7 days to process your order. (not including weekends or holidays). Once the order has been confirmed without following situation, such as: out of stock, defected product, then the order will be shipped with a tracking number, and informed you by email. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

5. International duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of the Taiwan may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.  

6. International returns

  • All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact our Customer Service Team  rtspn2016@ajtime.com  to request a return authorization within 14 days of the order's delivery date. 
  • The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of AJTIME. 
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the AJTIME warehouse. Financial institutions may require 7-10 days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
  • To exchange the product, the customer has to cover the return shipping fee, and AJTIME would afford the shipping of exchanging. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of AJTIME.
  • To return items, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to AJTIME. There is a fee of $20 (USD) for return shipping and handling. If you are sending via mail, it would be best to register the package or send it express mail to ensure it can be traced.

  • All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of Taiwanese Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.

7. Other
In case of disputes, AJTIME reserves the right to make the final decision and explain the regulations.
